First Divers of the Season

Well that’s the first divers of the season just departed .  We stepped in at the last moment when a group from the Nottingham area were going to be doing their module 2 Oroborous rebreather course. they  were due to be on a boat out of the west coast but unfortunately it broke down (Lucky for us).  As a few of the guys dive with us regularly they gave us a call,  can we do it??  Of course we can so it was all hands on deck to get the Jean Elaine up to her high standard ready of the guys and girl arriving on Friday. They were here just  for a long weekend.

After a bit of a panic that the Ferry might not go…  A sigh went up when we she set sail on the late crossing.

Bit of wind on Saturday …..  People may smile our bit of wind probably would be called a force 7/8 to those from south, that’s the blessing with Scapa Flow right on our doorsteps so we managed to get the dive in. Then Sunday and  Monday went to plan with even the sun coming out to say hello…

They are all back in May so it was just a taster ……With our season now running until the end of the year
